The club running sessions are on Thursday evenings at 19.00 we mostly base ourselves at sligo it ( that is subject to change depending on session and if so it will be on the website)
The sessions are based on 4/5 week cycle with a nice easy run before the next cycles starts
We do a great mix of progressive intervals , hills , speed endurance etc, all levels and abilities are catered for, no one is left behind and the great thing with is u can do it at your own pace so make sure to check the blog and come along we also have a great chat and meet fellow club members. New members are of course also welcome.
