Bike Training

Bike training is made up of two parts within the club.
Every ability is catered for so don't think you can't take part or it's only for the Lance Armstrongs of this world.
Cycling is a great way to get to know and chat to other club members while taking in the best scenery Sligo has to offer.
 
We have our Sunday Long Spin which leaves Sligo IT at 9am sharp. This is a slow cycle and anyone who comes along won't be left behind along the way. The route varies but is tweeted each week in advance by our cycling co-ordinator Stephen Mullane @chaindrivencycl on twitter.
